Type-1 Trip
For a Type-One Trip, which encompasses a distance of 0 to 150 kilometres, the booking terms are:
Two (2) hour booking wait for each trip (No payment required for booking).

Four (4) hours booking waiting time for any trip. [25% deposit required for booking confirmation.
One and a half (1.5) hour cancellation period; late cancellations forfeit 15% of booking fee].

Twenty-four (24) hour booking waiting period for any trip over 250km. [50% deposit required for booking confirmation. Six (6) hour cancellation period; late cancellations will forfeit 25% of the booking fee].

ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation must be arranged by the client for the trip, or an allowance of R800 per night must be paid to allow the shuttle service driver to arrange their own accommodation and ensure that they have sufficient rest and comfort.
